I cannot recommend Royal Bathrooms highly enough. Ordered a large vanity unit on Monday 19th December. Standard delivery was FREE, and I upgraded to next day delivery for a mere £9.99.
The item turned up on a pallet delivery 25 house later.
The item is excellent quality, at an awesome price......and next day delivery for £9.99 in incredible for a large item. Even more impressive is the fact that it was the week leading up to Christmas.
I would definitely use Royal Bathrooms again, and would highly recommend them for the quality of goods, excellent prices, and above all their exceptional service.

Customer service is second to none. I ordered the wrong size shower screen in error. Didn’t open it for 6 weeks and Royal Bathrooms changed the screen, without any quibble and also collected the original one waving the collection charge and delivering the new one within 19 hours. Excellent service.

Fast excellent service to rectify a broken product

I ordered from this company in October. I ordered Grey Elm units.
When they are in the grey room they are brown grey. You can only tell now its up next to my grey tiles.
In the advert its states grey no mention of brown at all... I have left a neutral review on Ebay and now getting argumentsative un professional messages. Would never use them again.

Royal bathrooms service was excellent received phone message to say when my item would be delivered but I was out so they also sent email to tell me that a message was left and the day and time it would arrive ,all delivered in 4 days great customer service

Products delivered within days. Good prices compared to local suppliers. Free waste did not fit chosen basin, however Royal did inform me of this. Delivered in there own vehicle.

I had the best service so far! I received the toilet from them and it was a little scratched, I sent them a message with a picture and in 5 minutes I received a reply, they offered to send us another one instead. Honestly, I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the services and communication with customers plus they have good prices!

It was the first time I have used this company. We purchased a Pivot door with Shower tray.. delivery and communication was on point!! Upon realising the Pivot door couldn’t fit I emailed Royal Bathrooms , within minutes I received a reply.. and our issues was resolved!! I will definitely use this company again. I purchased a bathroom from your company through Amazon, I was really pleased with the customer service I received from your salesman Harry, I had a problem with sink unit and rang and new one was delivered in two days. Really pleased with how my bathroom is now, thanks again.

What an awful experience called this royal bathrooms on two occasions on the first occasion spoke to somebody with the name of Harry told me that you couldn’t supply me with a product on the second I found the unit on the website very rude obnoxious not one bit helpful whatsoever wanted to speak to the manager said he was a manager will never use this service ever again awful avoid like the plague.

I had a problem with a mono tap I purchased 18 months ago. Royal Bathrooms were able to liaise with the manufacturer and organise for a replacement part to be sent to me directly. Their quick response to my initial email and their subsequent updates were exemplary. It was great to experience such a high level of customer service.

Impressive customer service. I wasn't happy with the flush plate design of the toilet with concealed cistern when it arrived (my fault) and Royal Bathrooms arranged for collection the very next day and refunded me within 2 days minus £20 courier fee which I can't complain about.
Definitely recommend!

I had to contact Royal Bathrooms a year after I purchased a product (a showerscreen) as it had developed an issue. Their customer service was excellent! I provided proof of purchase, a couple of photos/videos and under their 5 year guarantee they sorted everything out: contacted the manufacturer, arranged for a brand new replacement, and it was delivered within 48 hours. Plus their responses were very fast by email and they owned the problem from the beginning. I am VERY impressed! Thank you!

I bought a wall mounted vanity unit and a minimalist sink with water fall tap. All were of excellent quality and good value for money. Also the service level from the company was very good - my telephone contact with the company was helpful and the website was easy to use. The items were delivered on time by a professional in-house driver.
